Your Interview

Paul here, I wrote because I’d love to interview you.

We’ve interviewed many of the people who inspire us. People like Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park, Duff McKagan from Guns and Roses and Peter Hook from New Order.

And we’ve interviewed rock stars from the world of business, marketing and health as well. People like Mark Cuban, Seth Godin and Shaolin warrior Yan Lei.

I’d love to add you to that list and share your story with our audience of ambitious entrepreneurs.

Let me tell you a tale that illustrates what we are all about…

I read recently that for the first three billion years on Earth, everything that was alive contained just a single cell.

One of the great wonders of life is that single cells, somehow learned to combine and work together. Sharing functions for mutual benefit.

It was their ability to communicate with each other that made this dramatic leap possible.

Scientist believe that mirror neurons, or their early equivalent, were the key to this successful co-operation.

Mirror neurons are brain cells. They allow us to read one another’s actions and feelings. As if we were living the other person’s life.

They allow us to feel empathy, tell our stories and also extract deep understanding from the stories of others.

Over the years we’ve discovered that it’s stories that our community values the most. Especially turnaround tales.

They want to know about the time when you were cornered, doomed and done. But you fought, and you found a way through and turned a struggle into a triumph.

Our mission, is finding and sharing these meaningful, inspiring stories.

For our community of Doers, these stories lead to action. Action that makes a real difference in the world.

And as someone willing to open up and share a story with a little more depth than usual, you become a hero, a mentor and a guide in their journey.

Something they remember, for a lifetime.

I’d love to help you share a meaningful story from your life with people who will really value it.

It usually only involves a few emails back and forth to uncover a great short story.

I have a series of just 3 questions, with guide notes to make it easy. And there is a loose deadline of two weeks.

Would you be interested?

Drop me a line, (paul AT subvertmagazine DOT com) and I’ll send you the questions.
